Honest Tables

Sometimes life is a little messy, or scattered, or crowded. How is it that dining room tables always tell the truth? (Or if you’re like me, the chairs pushed under said table, on the off chance the table is clean!) #pilemaker But I looked up, and even this hot mess is full of pretty colors and reminders of love and happiness. Beautiful Mother’s Day gifts for some amazing ladies, lots of cards I’m mailing to friends, a fantastic coffee mug I got for Christmas, encouraging words in a book from a sweet friend, a virtual survivors conference I got to attend from this happy table, in my comfy pants. (Not pictured: a fluffy cat snoozing on the floor) Here’s to honest tables that are messy AND beautiful, just like life, and a loving Father who holds us close through it all.
